Youth belt – 1.25” wide, Youth adjusts from 18" to 42"

Intermediate/Adult belt – 1.5” wide, Adult adjusts from 22" to 48"

Shoe size for socks:

Youth sock 6 ~ 8-1/2 will fit a youth size shoe 12-1/2 ~ 4 and a women’s 4-5 size shoe

Intermediate sock 8-1/2 ~ 11 will fit a women’s size shoe 5-1/2 ~ 10-1/2 shoe & a men’s 4-½ ~ 8-½ shoe size
