Shipping policy

LARGE WHOLESALE ORDERS: 

• We fulfill bulk orders from leading brands like Richardson, Hanes, Gildan, Port Authority, Port & Company, Otto, Independent Trading Co., Bella + Canvas, Imperial, and more—with fast, direct shipping straight from the manufacturer (In Most Cases, Packages are delivered within 1-3 days). Smaller orders are processed and shipped from our Joe’s USA warehouses which may take a few days longer.

SMALL WHOLESALE ORDERS: 

• Smaller orders are shipped from our Joe’s USA warehouses to help keep your shipping costs low—just allow a few extra days for delivery. This approach allows us to offer no minimum order quantity, so you can order exactly what you need without extra fees.

PICKUP ORDERS: 

• Pickup orders are not available for same day pickup (certain styles are available like 112, 6277, 39-165 etc). For California warehouse pickup, email donna@joesusa.com your order number. (Usually will take between 1-3 days to be ready for pickup) For Texas warehouse pickups, please email Matt at shop@joesusa.com to see if your order is eligible.

Import Fees, Duties & Taxes

• Joe's USA ships from domestic warehouses within the United States. For international orders, any import fees, customs duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Joe's USA does not collect or pre-pay these fees, and orders will not be refunded if refused due to unpaid duties or customs fees.
