Interchangeable Rope System

The front rope accent attaches to the cap for a distinctive finish and can be changed to create multiple looks from one headwear platform. Decoration Guidance

The solid structured front panel provides a clean surface for flat embroidery, three-dimensional puff embroidery, and woven, leather, or PVC patches. Heat-applied vinyl, polyester transfers, and pre-made transfer patches may also be used on the smooth front. Keep primary artwork above the rope line and away from perforated ventilation zones. A pre-production sample is recommended to confirm placement.

Fit and Care

The adjustable snapback closure provides a versatile fit for most adult wearers. Spot clean the cap and air dry fully; avoid machine washing to help preserve the crown, perforations, sweatband, and rope accent. Swap rope accents gently to protect the attachment points.
